After studying law, my professional journey in mediation began with training under Gary Friedman, a leading figure in international mediation, at the Center for Understanding in Conflict in San Francisco. I subsequently deepened my expertise through co-mediation in Paris, working on national and international commercial disputes, as well as disputes between business partners, gaining extensive hands-on experience.

After five years in private practice in Toulouse, I chose Annecy as the place to further develop my mediation practice. Alongside my practice, I share my expertise by teaching mediation to students in law, occupational psychology and management, and by delivering training programmes, particularly for HR professionals.

For several years, I have worked in a wide range of professional settings, supporting companies and organisations facing complex interpersonal situations. I have notably assisted with conflicts between managers, situations involving teams and departments, as well as situations within local government organisations. I have also worked alongside occupational psychologists and HR professionals, and delivered training programmes focused on conflict management. In addition, I have supported many individuals dealing with family disputes.
